REQUIREMENTS 入学条件

Age Level by October 01 入学年龄条件：学童在十月一日应符合教育部下列规定

• Nursery pupil   – 3 years old 幼儿园小班孩童应达三岁
• Pre-kinder pupil – 4 years old 幼儿园中班孩童应达四岁
• Kindergarten pupil – 5 years old 幼儿园大班孩童应达五岁

A. Requirements for Reservation:  预留名额所需文件：

Kindly submit the following documents through email (registrar@gideon.edu.ph):

For Preschool Students: 幼儿园学生:

1. Birth certificate   出示出生证明书正本
2. For foreign students: ACR, ICR, and passport   若是外籍学生,需持有ACR、ICR、护照或相应入学允许证件
3. Immunization Record in the baby book or Certificate of Immunization against Poliomyelitis, Pertussis, Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Tuberculosis (in accordance with the Department of Education’s requirement)符合教育部規定之注射預防针证明书
4. Two recent colored ID pictures 1X1 (with name written at the back)两張1×1彩色近照 (照片后面写上姓名)

Transferees: 转学生:

1. Numbers 1-4   上述第1至4条事项
2. Chinese and English Report Cards   原就读学校的中英文成绩單
3. Letter of Recommendation   推荐信

B. Application Procedures:  报名程序

1. Submit the above-mentioned documents through email and pay a Processing Fee of PhP500.00 through one of our payment options.缴交上述文件并支付手续费500披索。
2. Once you have submitted the required documents, fill out the Student Information Sheet (Application Form) that will be emailed to you.填写学生资料表（申请表格）。
3. Inquire about the schedule of the online interview and please attend ON TIME as scheduled.  查询考试或面谈日期后，请准时依约定的时间内前来考试或面谈。

C. Reservation Procedures:  入学考试结果:

1. Kindly call up the Administration Office one (1) day after submission for the application results between 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM at telephone number 8551-5402.  考试或面试一星期后，请于上午 8:00 至下午 3:00 致电 8551-5402 查询结果.
2. Upon confirmation of your child’s acceptance, you may pay PhP12,000.00 as reservation fee which represents partial tuition fee payment. 录取的学童请于通知后前来缴交12,000披索，作为学位预定金
3. DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT OF RESERVATION FEE:  Payment must be made within one (1) week upon confirmation of acceptance by the school to mean inclusion of your child in the priority slots for admission.学位预定金期限：必须于录取后一周内缴交，以确保该学童已列入优先录取名额.
